A few details
How do seats work?
Owners choose the number of paid seats. Each organization member uses one seat. Policy approvers and agents don’t add seats or charges. New members need an available seat. Only owners can purchase more seats, after reviewing the price and prorated invoice. Team starts with a seat for each current member, with a minimum of one.
What counts toward usage?
Each submitted PR revision counts, including updates. All repos share one organization allowance: 300/month on Free, or 5,000/month per purchased Team seat. Revision usage resets each calendar month in UTC. Git requests are also pooled: 1,500/month on Free, or 25,000/month per paid Team seat. At a limit, work pauses without overage charges. Storage includes history, forks, and context: 256 MiB on Free, or 5 GiB per paid Team seat, pooled per organization. Storage does not reset monthly. At the storage cap, new writes pause; existing code stays readable and nothing is deleted. You can own up to 3 Free organizations.
Are CI and AI costs included?
CI runner compute and coding-agent model subscriptions are paid to your providers. Hosted AI decisions use your Cloudflare account and require an owner-approved monthly budget in Billing. Nerudo does not include model tokens or compute minutes.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in Billing. Team continues until the paid period ends, then your organization moves to Free. Private repos and public repos beyond the oldest 3 become read-only. Your code stays private and nothing is deleted.
